Family with Young Children
Hotel was nice and clean, had an issue with the air unit the first night, they were painting some of the rooms on the floor we were on, so they moved us due to strong paint fumes and problem with air, after they moved us we had no problems. they offered us complimentary buffet breakfast for the inconvenience, thankfully we did not have to pay, because the breakfast was just ok. ...read more

Business Traveler
Hotel was very nice. Did not use pool, bar, or restaurant but appeared to be busy. Hotel staff helpful and considerate when needed. Liked the fact that hotel considerate and did not charge ($14.00 per night) for parking, even though posted so. Would affect my return to same hotel, if parking was additional. The Doubletree met my expectations, The only thing that would keep me from staying again was the 14.00 per nite parking, many hotels in the area have free wifi and parking, most are 2 stars, I feel a 3 should have paid parking. ...read more

Overall, our stay was great, the room was beautiful and very clean. The hotel failed to tell us of a hold put on our card and it was not posted anywhere. The staff was extremely helpful in attempting to correct the problem. ...read more

Business Traveler
We did not appreciate the unexpected and unnecessary $14 parking fee. They said it was they provide security in the parking lot. Our van was forced to park out behind the parking structure.
